Yes, Clover Events allows refunds for cancellations, but certain conditions apply:
- Refund Request Deadline: To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be made at least 42 hours before the event date.
- Refund Fee: A 40% refund fee will be deducted from the total booking amount to cover pre-arranged expenses.
- Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 42 hours before the event are non-refundable, as all logistics and vendor commitments would have been finalized.
For unexpected emergencies, we offer rescheduling options based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact our team as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
